Installation Procedure
1. Unpack carefully
2. Check thepacking listslip
3. Solar charge convertershould be closer to inverter.
4. Carefullyswitch off the existing Inverter and also remove inverterplug from mains.
5. Insert the Inverter Plug to CCU Socket (CCUback lefthand side).
6. Carefully connect the Solar Charge converter’s battery wires to inverter battery,
according to wiring diagram.
7. Check the device and observe the LCD, if the CCU displays GIGABYTE , Solar Not
available, and CCU charging LEDshould not lit, withoutsolar installation.
8. Connect solar panel wires, solar + and solar – to CCU back side Terminal block
according to wiring diagram.
9. Check the CCU screen for solar availability. If the device displays “SOLAR
AVAILABLE” then CCU installed properly. If the device displays “SOLAR
REVERSE”, re-check thesolar connections.
NOTE: installation should be day times only.
10. After successful installation, check the LCD display and LED indicators for status of
listed below.
a) Batteryvoltage b) Battery current c) Solar Availability
d) Mains availability e) fastblinking on Charging LED f) Continues glowon power LED
If all the conditions are satisfactory, finalize that installation is successfully completed.

Setup procedure:
1. Hold ENTER/EXIT Key for10Seconds, to entering setup mode.
2. Use UPkey to navigate menu (Main Menu Navigation)
MAINMENU
a. POWER SAVE MODE (Intelligent, saver, Bypass mode)
b. BATTERY LOW (Not in Use)
3. BATTERY HIGH 12V (12.5 to 15.5) 24V (25 to 29)
4. INVERTERTOMAINS12V (12.5 to 14.0) 24V (25 to 29)
5. MAINSTO INVERTER12V (10.5 to 12.5) 24V (21 to 25)
6. EXIT Exit from menu

3. Select desired menu ex: (3) Battery high cut, for selection of this menu press Enter
Keyonce.
4. To Increase/Decrease Battery High Cut off levels by using UP key as per the user
requirements.
5. To reach main menu press ENTERkey (MAINS HIGH CUT SAVED)
6. Now you’re in Main menu. From main menu to exit, (BATTERY HIGH CUT)
7. Press up keyuntil to reach EXIT modeon LCD and press ENTERkey.
8. Now thedevice came to main screen mode.
Don’ts
1. Don’t connect battery reverse
2. Don’t connect solar panel to device reverse
3. Don’t short the battery terminals while installation
4. Don’t openenclosure (DANGER HIGH VOLTAGE INSIDE)
5. Don’t connect inverter output to CCU input
6. Don’t connect high voltage panel to CCU Ex:(12v battery 24v solar panel)
7. Don’t openthe battery wires of CCU while runningthe device
(1stremove solar after battery wires)
8. Don’t plugthe solarwires into direct AC socket
9. Don’t connect solarwires to battery directly.
10. Don’t connect any other loads to CCU directly
