Shipping in Bangalore

Currently we are providing free shipping in bangalore location only.

All Car, Inverter, UPS battery, orders received before 4 PM are typically processed the same day and installed within 1-4 Hours* of receiving the order.
Battery orders received after 4 PM may be delivered the same day. In case same day delivery is not possible, orders will be delivered and installed the next day.

For Bike/Motorcycle/small AH Batteries will be delivered with in 48 hours and there may be shipping charges applicable
For 35Ah and below 35AH batteries, Deliveries will not be on time, it may take 4-5 hour or next business work day, based on delivery person Schedule

Inverters & Home UPS
Orders for Inverter systems are processed, delivered and installed within 1-4 Hours* of receiving an order.

Solar Products & Online UPS
Orders for UPS Systems are typically shipped and installed within 24-48 Hours* of receiving an order. High capacity UPS Systems (> 3 kVA) can, however, take up to 3-10 days for delivery and installation.

How long will it take to ship my order for other than bangalore?

Powerwale aims to ship items within 2 business day of receipt of payment.

All deliveries from Powerwale will be within business hours, 10am to 5pm, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Estimated delivery time is normally 1 - 7 business days depending on your location and stock availability.

Any delivery or dispatch times advised are estimates only and Powerwale shall not be liable for failure to meet such times nor shall the customer be entitled to reject the goods or to treat the contract as repudiated in the event of any such failure. Powerwale must be notified of any alleged non-delivery, short delivery or damage to the goods forthwith and failure to give such notice shall mean that the goods shall be deemed to have been accepted/delivered and the customer shall be bound to pay accordingly.

I missed the delivery...?

In the event that logistic partner delivers goods to you and you are not available to receive the goods, Powerwale reserves the right to charge additional fees for all costs incurred as a result of having to deliver the goods on another day suitable to you and to Powerwale

Goods were damaged upon arrival

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the goods prior to accepting delivery. If the goods are visibly damaged when the courier delivers them to you – please reject the delivery. Once you have signed for the package you are accepting the parcel in its damaged condition. Powerwale cannot offer any assistance once you have signed and received a damaged product. Please contact us immediately when rejecting delivery.


A Powerwale representative will contact you and notify you of an estimated time of arrival in the event that an item is out of stock. You may cancel your order once notified of the backorder or discuss alternate products to suit your requirements. Any variation in price will be invoiced to the customer.
